Circular Economy & Recycling
The objective of this one-day conference on recycling and circular economy is to bring together businesses and experts to share progression and recent developments under the concept of zero waste. As we know, the concept of circular economy involves known principles such as reducing, reusing, recycling, repairing, exchanging, sharing, lending, giving a second life, keeping resources in use for as long as possible, etc. However, all these principles are still underdeveloped in the production, sale and marketing of products and more solutions are needed in this area. During this one-day conference, effective projects in circular economy will be presented to show some methodologies on how to close the loop, including recycling and recovery practices such as biomass valorization, recycling of synthetic materials such as plastics, textiles, etc. In addition, new trends and alternatives to the traditional sale principles which are entering the market today will be included in selected presentations of start-up and guest speakers.
